Junior Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

Hibret Bank is inviting qualified and interested candidates to apply for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer. The vacancy is open to recent graduates who meet the stated educational, CGPA, graduation year, exit exam, and age requirements.

No prior work experience is required for candidates with a BA degree.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • No prior experience is required for BA graduates.
  • Banking experience is advantageous.
  • Candidates with banking experience shall sit for a competency test.
  • Applicants should be graduates of 2026 G.C / Tahsas 22, 2018 Ethiopian Calendar and recent.
  • Minimum CGPA: 3.25.
  • Exit Exam Status: PASS.
  • Applicants must be below 26 years of age.
  • Applicants must be able to provide a copy of their 8th-grade certificate and Kebele ID upon request.

Educational Qualification

BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

Not Required

Banking experience is advantageous.
