Job Summary

Rammis Bank has announced multiple job vacancies for qualified candidates in banking, branch operations, customer service, human resources, capital market, retail and MSME, customer relationship management, and graphic design. Positions are available at the Head Office and branches in different locations.

Job Requirements

1. Customer Service Officer

  • A minimum of 1 year of banking experience.

  • Experience as a Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or equivalent position.

Job Location: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa and its surrounding areas), including Adama, Ehil Berenda, Mercato, Gofa, Kolfe, and Tulu Dimtu Branches.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

  • A minimum of 2 years of banking experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience as Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or equivalent position.

Job Location: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa), Bule-Hora, G.Wako Gutu, Halaba, Moyale, Negele Borena, Meisso, Jimma, Agaro, Bedele, Gesha, Dedo, Mizan, Tepi, Yebu, and Shebe.

3. Branch Operation Supervisor

  • A minimum of 2 years of banking experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience as Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or equivalent position.

Job Location: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa), Adele, Angetu, Halaba, Hawasa, Negele Borena, Dila, Asendabo, Yebu, Dedo, Gesha, Shebe, and Mettu.

4. Grade I Branch Manager

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or equivalent position.

Job Location: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa), Miesso, Bedeno, Bedessa, Beroda, Boke Tiko, Deder, Harar (Abadir), Jijiga, and Dodola.

5. Trainee Graphics Designer

  • No prior experience required.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other equivalent design software.

6. Capital Market and Investor Relations Officer I

Educational Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of banking experience.

  • Experience in a Trainee, Assistant, Junior, Officer, or equivalent role.

Job Location: Head Office

7. Retail & MSME Officer III – Re-advertised

Educational Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience.

  • At least 2 years at Officer level.

  • Experience preparing reports using different Excel formats is preferable.

8. Customer Relationship Officer III – Re-advertised

Educational Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience.

  • At least 1 year as a CRO level in the Financing area.

9. Senior Human Resource Management Officer

Educational Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • At least 2 years in Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Transaction Officer, or equivalent positions.

Job Location: Head Office

10. Principal I, Private Customer Relationship Management

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of banking experience.

  • At least 2 years as Team Leader/Senior Institution & Diaspora Customer Relationship Officer or equivalent role.

Job Location: Head Office

Educational Qualification
