Enat Bank has announced multiple job vacancies for qualified candidates, including opportunities for candidates with no prior work experience as well as experienced banking professionals. The available positions are located in Gelemso (West Hararghe) and at the Head Office.

1. Junior Customer Service Specialist

Job Requirements

👉 BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

👉 Minimum cumulative GPA requirement: 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants.

👉 No prior experience is required.

👉 Age: 30

👉 Exit Exam: Required (Mandatory).

2. Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B

Job Requirements

👉 BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or other related fields.

👉 3.5 years of experience in banking operations, of which at least 1 year must be as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

3. Senior Customer Service Specialist

Job Requirements

👉 BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or any other related fields.

👉 1.5 years of experience in banking operations, of which at least 6 months must be in a CSS position.

4. Branch Manager – Grade C

Job Requirements

Candidates may qualify through either of the following educational and experience pathways:

👉 MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related fields, with:

  • 6.5 years of experience for male candidates
  • 5.5 years of experience for female candidates

OR

👉 BA in the same fields, with:

  • 8.5 years of experience for male candidates
  • 7.5 years of experience for female candidates

👉 The experience must be in the banking industry, including 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Position Grade A.

5. Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Job Requirements

👉 MBA, MA/BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or any other related fields.

👉 3.5/5.5 years of experience in banking operations, of which at least 2 years must be as a relevant officer.

6. Senior Innovation & Business Research Officer

Job Requirements

👉 BA/MBA/MA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or any other related fields.

👉 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in the banking industry.

👉 At least 2 years of experience as a relevant officer.
